Ingredients:
50 G Vermicelli Noodles, 130 G Shredded Cooked Chicken, Half A Cup of Shredded Chinese Cabbage, Half A Cup of Trimmed Bean Shoots, Quarter of A Thinly Sliced Capsicum, 1/3 A Cup of Torn Fresh Mint Leaves, 1/3 A Cup of Fresh Coriander, 2 Tablespoons of Lime Juice, 2 Tablespoons of Fish Sauce, 4 Rice Paper Rounds and Sweet Chili Sauce.
Materials:
A Drainer (Optional), Scissors, 2 Large Bowls, 1 Medium Sized Bowl, A Cutting Board.
Method:
1. Place vermicelli noodles into a large bowl of hot water. When softened, drain the water from the bowl and set the noodles aside.
2. Mix the all of the chicken, cabbage, bean shoots, mint leaves, capsicum, vermicelli noodles, coriander, lime juice and fish sauce into one medium sized bowl.
3. Place one rice paper round into a large bowl of hot water. Wait for ten seconds and stretch it out onto a bench.
4. Take 1/4 of the rice paper mixture and place it on the bottom of the rice paper round.
5. Fold the ends of the rice paper round to meet the center. Then from the bottom, roll the rice paper upwards.
6. Repeat steps 3-5 until all the rice paper rounds have been used.
6. Finally, if required, serve rice paper rolls with sweet chili sauce.

Another risk in cooking food could include cutting yourself with tools. When you are cutting food, try to hold your knife firmly and keep your fingers away from the edge of the blade. This is to make sure you do not slip and cut your fingers! Surprisingly, it is even possible to cut yourself when washing a knife. To prevent this, remember to hold the grip of the knife so that you don't touch the blade. Then, with a scrub, gently clean it.
How can you make sure your kitchen is safe and secure to cook in? First of all, it is always important that before you cook, your kitchen is clean! You wouldn't want to get dangerous bacteria on your food would you? To keep your kitchen clean, always wipe stains and clear your sink of dirty dishes and tools. Overall, I believe this was quite a delicious meal. Although it was very stretchy and chewy, it was quite flavorsome because of all the vegetables that were included in it. In addition, the rice paper rolls didn't take much time to make, meaning that you could save time whenever you wanted to make some.
